Sat Naam
it all started with Guru Rattana instruction to originate every movement from the navel ... it caused me to become helpless new born baby learning to move legs arms head body to walk to sit to get up and sit down ... having discovered that until this initiation all my movements were originating in the mind... i wasnt ashamed to look "strange" practicing all the time as babies do... :D
so grateful for karma changing enough to manifest rare to come by yoga instructions lately!
would like to share with Beloved Family :)
first this instruction heard in one of BKS Iyengar's master classes: to be stabilized (grounded, felt heaviness of earth) in mooladhara only - rest of body at ease (breathed)... each posture is yoga asana only when we are at great ease while assuming it correctly for prana to flow freely throughout...)
In this first ever comprehencive instructional on Kapalbhati kriya prana ayama Prashanji also points out importance to be rooted in mooladhara avoiding karmik moves of tail bone curving forward or backwards
another three comprehencive yoga instructionals with simplest exersises helped me to find stability(to ROOT) in mooladhara and train to withstand karmik influences that used to knock my tail bone in and out so powerfully prana rechanneled out of body into body of conceptual mind(karmashaya) with every practice and my body was loosing vitality instead of being energized as yoga practice intends to...

Prashantji instruction on Siddhasana really helped me to align knees and hips to really be able to press right hill agains mooladhara (at first i lacked flexibility in hip joint and had to sit on the hill which was a good practice of to let go of pain=tension of resistance squeezing hip bones to protect mooladhara(karmik resistance to memories of harm) to sit painlessly - to let go of the past... and when hip joints opened first time in my life i felt prana finally flowing in mooladhara feeling that "dangerous feeling of pleasure" we are so cautioned about... https://youtu.be/fhP2IY-l1wI?si=L0R5ObMFmrkOAqQb
So inspired! ONLY NOW i understood why Inner Guru didnt encourage going into practicing HaTha yoga asanas except of Surya Namaskar and Soma Namaskar... now i have only these many postures to unlearn the harmful karmik i used to perform and to new born baby steps to begin to let go of fearful controlled to PRANA FREE FLOW BREATHE ASANAS...
