Monday Mantra Class

Dear community,

Here's the file we've been using for two weeks now. Chanting the Naam; connecting to the divine wisdom that allows us to keep a positive, joyful, content, state of mind whatever the circumstances; welcoming whatever is, recognizing it as the divine play; and wishing all beings to prosper, be in peace, be well.

And a note for all Europeans 🕰️⚠️: We'll change time this weekend BUT not in the US, so all classes next week will happen an hour earlier for us (if I count well 🤔). This begins with @Sangat Dhyan Kaur on Sunday.

It's been two weeks already we've been diving into this Ashtang mantra. If you want to join us, you're most welcome! Exploring how to welcome darkness and light, both, side by side, finding wisdom in this whole ; Training being present and finding the deep joy of being, in the here and now ; Becoming a servant of the divine, while we tap into the source within, living more and more truly from that place ; Connecting to the 4th Guru of the Sikhs, Guru Ram Das, asking for protection, healing or even miracles and feeling deeply cared for.

May we all find our path, of the finite to the infinite, embodying in this life our deep nature, with humility.

An opportunity to remember humility and bow in front of all that is.

An opportunity to acknowledge all the unseen, the unknown, the non-manifested.

An opportunity to welcome with open hands and heart all the seen, the known, the manifested (joy, pain, peace, anger,...).

An opportunity to surrender to the divine plan and take everything into the path, like a goddess warrior.
