Heart Opening Magic of Bani Guru (LIVE)

Service Description

LIVE in person event in Millis, Massachussetts: Workshop and Gurdwara Location: Yoga at the Ashram http://www.yogaattheashram.org/contact/ 368 Village St, Millis, Massachusetts 02054 Divine help is at our fingertips and literally at our tongue tips through chanting. In particular there is a sacred poem by Guru Raam Daas, the fourth Guru of the Sikhs, that can provide just the perfect touch of heart opening magic to allow us to connect with the Divine and receive help. This poem is called “Bani Guru.” Snatam and her mother Prabhu Nam are joining together to teach this workshop (on Saturday August 19 from 2:30-5:30 pm) which will include the spiritual philosophy and message in this poem, meditation, light yoga, and live chanting with Snatam, Prabhu Nam, Snatam’s daughter Jap Preet, and her husband Sopurkh. This workshop is a part of a weekend of celebration in honor of their new single “Bani Guru” (from Snatam and Prabhu Nam, featuring Jap Preet!) which comes out Friday August 18!! All profits from this workshop will go directly to Nanak’s Kitchen, (https://nanakskitchen.org/) a non-profit organization based out of Yoga at the Ashram (http://www.yogaattheashram.org/) that is working to provide food to people in need. Cancellation Policy

Group & Private Classes can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the class. After 48 hours there is no rescheduling or refunds allowed. Courses can be refunded up to 30 days before the start of the course, minus a $55 administration fee. After 30 days the course fee minus the $55 administration fee can be applied to another course within 1 year. After 1 year the credit will expire.
