Welcoming the challenges of life
What we face in yoga sessions can be a good training for our everyday life. When a difficult situation pops up, do we react straight away, trying to fly away, with aversion? Or do we breathe, welcome, surrender and open the heart? Changing habits is difficult. Seeing aversion as something different than "I need to run away from it" is even more. The power is within us to change problems into opportunities. I bow to the teacher that is within me, I bow to the teacher that is life. I offer myself love and compassion. I offer all others love and compassion. I stay in the present moment, centered. Connected to my 3rd eye, I'm listening to my intuition.

Every gathering (class) is a gift to me. Thank you all.
We keep learning about our true self and our true nature and the qualities we find there inside: peace, and happiness. We keep seeing that external as the ever changing world and that no peace can be found there. The external is objects and things we can see like thoughts.
Are you and object? Are peace and happiness objects? Obviously not.
