40 Day Meditation Course

Meditation isn’t something you do, it’s what happens naturally in Sach Khand - the True State. Meditation is already happening without any effort on “your” part. This is the Grace of the True Wisdom, the Gurprasaad. This is what this 40 day meditation course is about. 

 

Why hasn’t meditation worked even though you’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for many years? The aim of this course is to see more clearly what is the cause of this suffering and how to end it. Only when we clearly see the cause can we make progress to stop it. It does take some effort to get there :)

 

In this 40 day meditation course we will follow the traditional meditation technique from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. We will learn what the essence of this technique is. We will understand why this science of self realization has lasted for thousands of years. 

 

In this course we will practice 30 minutes of silent meditation everyday for 40 days. We’ll have weekly check-ins for practice, study, questions, and community connection.
