Join us for a new 40 day meditation where we will practice Tershula Kriya in honor of Shiva. Mahashivratri is significant for all people on a spiritual path: householders and yogis alike. It is the day the original yogi became completely still outside, and inside. The hunger to be limitless ceased in that absolute stillness. Mahashivratri offers a person an opportunity to be Infinite.
We began on March 9 and will be meeting on Fridays at 1pm EST: March 15, 22, 29, April 5, and 12. The 40th day will be Thursday, April 18, 2024 as part of Sopurkh's regular Thursday class.
