Chinese Tao scripted instructions on practice of embryonic(primordial) breath (kumbh a ka) are: to light incense on right and left, lay down - some pix show right leg bent to mool a dha ra - be at ease and practice kumbh a ka beginning with 50, 100 heart beats deepening ease to ease we had as a fetus...9 months anyone? :D ... 5000 hearbeat kumbh a ka is considered (by Tao Master of known to me instructions) sufficient to primordially breathe in/under water...

it all started with Guru Rattana instruction to originate every movement from the navel ... it caused me to become helpless new born baby learning to move legs arms head body to walk to sit to get up and sit down ... having discovered that until this initiation all my movements were originating in the mind... i wasnt ashamed to look "strange" practicing all the time as babies do... :D

so grateful for karma changing enough to manifest rare to come by yoga instructions lately!

first this instruction heard in one of BKS Iyengar's master classes: to be stabilized (grounded, felt heaviness of earth) in mooladhara only - rest of body at ease (breathed)... each posture is yoga asana only when we are at great ease while assuming it correctly for prana to flow freely throughout...)

Speaking after the class is a true challenge for me (mostly because English is not my mother tounge, but also because of the fear saying something stupid), but I want to force myself to grow...

And of course, in doing so, it happened right away... I said something pretty "stupid". By telling Sopurkh, that I love his (in my opinion) egoless classes, at the same time I said I didn't like other classes or teachers, because of there "ego" in it... I realized in a sec, that this was my ego saying what I like or don't like... And there the whole discussion starts and ends... 😂
