1 to 1 Tabla Lessons

Service Description

Level: Beginner or Intermediate. All ages welcome. Whether you would like to begin learning Tabla, or would like to develop your existing practice, one to one lessons are an incredibly focused and intensive form of instruction. Classes and homework/practice routines will be personalized to meet the needs and goals of the individual. Beginners will be able to learn at their own pace in a careful, strategic and engaging setting. For those with previous experience with learning Tabla, one to one lessons will be a space to explore more intermediate and advanced themes, develop and improve technique and practice, and learn more complex compositions. These classes are also open to other musicians or percussionists who would like to develop their knowledge of the concept of rhythm within Indian classical music. Cancellation Policy

Group & Private Classes can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the class. After 48 hours there is no rescheduling or refunds allowed. Courses can be refunded up to 30 days before the start of the course, minus a $55 administration fee. After 30 days the course fee minus the $55 administration fee can be applied to another course within 1 year. After 1 year the credit will expire.
