The amounts listed below are above what the FDA says is a daily dose, and below what many doctors have suggested for me. I suggest you consult your doctor and have blood work done if you have any concern about the amounts.
A strong immune system is your best defense against viral attacks. Here are some super easy things to do:
Start taking 2,000-3,000 mg of Vitamin C everyday 5,000 IU of Vitamin A everyday 2,000-5,000 IU of Vitamin D everyday 20-40 mg of zinc everyday These simple additions will strengthen your immune system against foreign invaders. I also suggest you turn off your TV, or at least the news. Look at what causes you stress, and what causes happiness. Make adjustments to reduce stress and increase happiness. Eat healthy. Food is your choice, so it's up to you. I suggest eating for your energy type based on the wisdom of Ayurveda. Consult with an Ayurvedic doctor about your energy type, and make the nutritional adjustments yourself. I suggest drinking lots of clean water as well.
Swish and gargle once or twice a day with colloidal silver. Spit it out after. The silver kills viruses by entering the body through the saliva and then into the blood. It supports the lymphatic function.
Exercise everyday: yoga, walk, bike, swim - whatever you like.
This is all about self awareness and self empowerment. Please do this and after 4-8 weeks, your immune system will be ready. You can do all this yourself!
