A few years ago when I was teaching some Prenatal yoga I would let the CD play and fill the space. I always loved hearing that Shabad! Now I love and appreciate it even more 🙏🏼

We are together in the compassion of Mataji🙏😄saying the Shabad in my head all day while cleaning a house. Its actually wonderful work to learn the Shabads!
