I saw you got the answer to your first question on your other (Wednesday) post.
We will most probably chant Chattr Chakkr Vartee later on. I just don't know when yet. While I'm in a in mantra, I'm in it, and when we arrive to an end I'm seeking within for the next one. But I hear your request and will take it into account.
In the meanwhile, know that Prabhu Nam Kaur gave four classes with it, Sangat Dhyan gave one as well, Sopurkh gave two yoga classes with the mantra as meditation, and there are great support files for it in the 40 days meditation material "The universe is within you" (as well as the recorded videos with Snatam and Sopurkh). That's what I found. I hope that helps.
