Just another question about the rotation of the chakras. Went on internet and found some articles. How do you define "clockwise" in this context. Are you looking from within yourself (kind- off behind) or are you looking from the perspective of standing in front of yourself?

Yes. I feel so good when I donโt identify with the illusion. I am still here. But I am identified with Sat Naam. Much of the time I am identifying with some part of the illusion and I donโt realize it. Little by little I realize more and more. Just yesterday I caught myself saying something that I have probably said millions of times, and has caused me so much suffering: โIs this what I am doing with with life?โ I realized in a flash how many times, at different times, I say this, and how itโs a subtle identification with the thing I am doingโฆ One step freer.
Love this. Grateful that the question was raised. I just want to keep reading it again and again. ๐
I love to do that meditation seeing my thoughts as just clouds passing in the vast and clear sky, identifying with the sky rather than the clouds. If you're more water than air, there's another one that gives the same kind of feeling; it is visualizing an ocean. Instead of focusing on the fishes (our thoughts, emotions,...), one concentrates on the clear water. Fishes are only swimming in that vast space, sometimes distracting, agitating. The nature of our mind (you'd say our soul) is that space in which everything can move. We see the clarity and luminosity of the water that allows mental and emotional factors to arise but we are not them. We are the ocean ๐
Thank you Sopurkh for reminding me, it's not only our thoughts we shall not identify with, but also not give other's too much importance because they have the exactly same nature and thus have nothing solid, nothing true,.. so difficult sometimes to let go of what other might think or say, in positive as in negative!
This has really touched me. Thank you.........
