What we face in yoga sessions can be a good training for our everyday life. When a difficult situation pops up, do we react straight away, trying to fly away, with aversion? Or do we breathe, welcome, surrender and open the heart? Changing habits is difficult. Seeing aversion as something different than "I need to run away from it" is even more. The power is within us to change problems into opportunities. I bow to the teacher that is within me, I bow to the teacher that is life. I offer myself love and compassion. I offer all others love and compassion. I stay in the present moment, centered. Connected to my 3rd eye, I'm listening to my intuition.
Thank you for all the ones that have been there for this first yoga class! I prepared it with joy. I lead it with joy. I shared with you with joy. So happy hearing that it brought you something. Wahe Guru! Thank you for the love, kindness and support 💖
