We’re not looking to fix or solve ourselves. We’re looking for guidance to point us towards who we already are. Then we practice being ourselves instead of being thoughts of the past. Is it acceptable to you to say “Who I am, is thoughts of the past”? Stop practicing that and practice being the One who watches. Is it not a fact, that you are always watching? Watch outside and inside at the same time without becoming the unreal thoughts of the past.
