I would like to share two resources I had found
1- There is an app called ;Japji for the Aquarian Age" with Aquarian Sadhana Mantras = presented by the Sikh Dharma International - this has several to practice with in Gurmukhi with English translation and spoken words
2-Nanak Naam - He goes into AMAZING detail on each and every verse and word!! I think the segment on Hookam was an hour!
