With gratitude, Mukanday sets me free
To live in this moment on this absolutely fine day,
Surrendering to the witness noticing what’s in play
Free is the mind of any imagined fear
Heart is wide open to love and care
My heart desires this contentment and bliss
It is through, Mukanday
I find this
Untouched by the illusions of life and its frenetic pace
I stay open to the gifts of kindness, love & divine grace
Let’s me be who I am meant to be
With a calm, serene and beautiful energy
Simply living as I am meant to be
