Help Please to access my subscription
Hi! I'm Meredith. I just recently joined back on Nov 17th and I am not able to access my subscription. Under my account it says I have no subscriptions or orders but I've been charged for it. I'm not sure who to contact to resolve this issue. So I'm posting here. I'd love to be able to access my library. Thank you for your help!
