"The rain is pouring down, Like all the souls you send here, Coming to this earth to (Coming to this group) to find healing! Mother earth takes in the rain, like your heart takes my voice, Let us free each other, with our prayers, with our voice... And I'm coming home.. Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo"

I am inspired by the true sense of a sangha that Snatam and Gopurkh have created for us. It is a very challenging task to create such a deep sense of community, connection and love on the internet. It has been done with grace, deep love and selflessness. It is delightful to notice both Snatam and Gopurkh as they continue to evolve WITH this group - I love the way they shine. They have been able to hold space for us - I am so grateful - beyond words. This experience of the oneness is the gift. We all become enriched and great !

At a time when the whole world has seemingly gone into an ego driven spiral, I KNOW that I can count on these classes, meditations and the group of divine souls . Our leaders - the grace, pureness, devotion, knowledge and goofiness of Snatum & Sopurkh, the breath of fresh air and hope for the future of Jap Preet, the unconditional love of their doggie and not to forget lamby (a part of the goofiness)! I bow to their efforts and teachings.

As we all begin to share various aspects of our personal lives… It feels SAFE. In this time of covid, social unrest, political virus, etc -to these classes, this cherished gift, I bow. I feel stronger in mind body and spirit after each class. As I click "leave meeting” - I may be feeling happy, sad, neutral, - various emotions of the thinking mind. My soul ALWAYS feels nourished and renewed. I have come here to find my own healing and to then take this out into the world.

I appreciate that our teachers have been genuinely open and honest with us about some very difficult challenges for them. It was absolutely beautiful to listen to both of them share - show is their own vulnerability and be real with us. This is helps open the door for me to feel safe to do the same..

I felt sad when Sopurgh said he was ashamed… I felt Snatum’s inner conflict as she shared her truth, THIS is the meaning to me of genuine teachers and a true yogic lifestyle.. The yoga practice is so much more than breath of fire, a Mudra, a posture, mantra etc. Yoga teaches me how to live my life and touches my soul, bringing me closer to the feeling of being home.

The love, the joy and the uniting of energies - this stays with me and helps me to do what I am here to do - serve others and the creator. With loving kindness and gratitude - to the ancients, I bow... to the wisdom within, I bow... to every beautiful soul in our group, I bow...

"I bowed my head to God and God took all of me. Every imperfection. God took all of me. And every day, God lives and breathes through me. Looking in the mirror, I love you Sweet God. Oh my beloved, kindness of the heart, breath of life, I BOW TO YOU. Divine teacher, beloved friend, I bow to you, I bow to you, again and again."

THIS IS OUR GRACE … Sat Nam
