This came to me after meditating

on Ek Ong Kar Sat Ta Nam Siri Wahe Guru

The Spirals of the Life

Allow this experience to be versatile.

Swirling around and around,

From the root of the being to the crown,

Listen, hear a whisper to quiet the mind,

Oh what opportunities arise when aligned.

Trust that and peace is what you will find.

Seemingly simple just still that fine mind,

From the heavens to the ground.

Love from beyond is all around.

This whirlwind cycle of life,

Oh how it can bring much strife.

Allow the mind to still,

Put aside that free will.

How silly are we to think life is ours to do,

Truth is life is doing me and you.

Seeing the flow of the waterfall

It simply is, need to control at all,

Use it well, this God given gift of the voice,

Make words kind and loving, a simple choice.

Surrender, let go as we are being done,

Use that free will to add in a little fun.

Spread those majestic wings,

As the spirals form shapes, rings and things.

Trust in the one, the ek ong kar,

This is the way to travel very far.

And all the while

Embrace each and every day,

Why choose any other way?

Within all this dissonance,

There is much room for wise innocence.

Release let go and just release

Allow yourself to dissolve into sweet peace...
