Last night, mantra reached the center of my being. I got legitimately scared by some people. I retreated to this practice room you all see me in. Over and over I chanted Rakhay Rakhanahaar until I fell asleep. It took me from flight/fight/freeze to a calm center.

This morning I woke up to hearing the birds chirping "Satinaam, satinaam", :), and I started chanting Rakhay again. This time so much energy came out that I could feel it leaving and strengthening my magnetic field, my "7". It must have activated my first chakra too because Ek Ong Gar just flew out of me as I danced around the house. But still all day I kept saying "The vibes are off, the vibes are off", and was called a hippie more than once. I went for an errand, and was thinking to myself, "I really have to thank God, I know the divine kept me safe yesterday."

I sat down to play Aad Guray Nameh because it just was the first one to come to mind that involves a lot of bowing.

As I started to play, the wind picked up but I kept playing. Three lightning strikes came down onto our property, blowing up the transformer and knocking the power out. Still I played in the quiet center of this storm and finished the mantra, and let the lightning pass.

Teachings of the past were now burning in my brain.

My Ma, Sudha Puri or Sudha Ma always says "God came first and said love only me. Then the Jewish faith came along and said "love each other as your neighbor". The Jesus came and said "Love each other like I have loved you." Today the message sent out in lightning was to "Love each other as you would love yourself, seeing yourself in each person's eye will bring you together. Tell the youngers."

So that is what I report, my experience in this wide world of mantra. I can't pretend to know how it all works. My heart number is 11, spiritual excellence, and if God wants me to use my voice in the spiritual world, I will keep devoting myself to it.

I do think I should go slow with learning mantras, I don't want to blow anything else up while the landlord is in Antigua! lol. I'm not a prophet either, I'm just listening to the universe. Wahe Guru.
