I meditate, remembering to take the time
Deep, awareness comes to mind
Through this contemplation ,I discover
A kaleidoscope of multi dimensional color,
Deep crimson red,, the color of love,
Free to fly like a dove .
When consciousness comes to mind
I am held in sacred space I find
Deep sadness, pain already destroyed
In this moment exists deep, abiding joy
Trust the one will hold me in this place
Life begins to flourish,with grace
With trust and comfort, I to rest
Connected to awareness , forever blessed
