When the Prana and the Apana balance just right, the alchemy that results is Brahman - experiencing God. That's one way to put it! It also just feels like everything is great, just as it is. But we're not in the business of expectations! Consciousness expands because of Prana. Everything here also dies because of Apana. Right now we are living - we know this through our Prana - and when the balance of Prana and Apana happens while alive, we know a balanced life. Waheguru.
