Sat Naam - The Shabad Gayo Ree Mai, song by Bhai Avtar Singh and his father was what we played in class - here's the translation with my commentary:

O I sing the songs of joy of my Lord, the treasure of virtue.

I consciously direct myself to sing to my Source and I feel joy.

Fortunate is the time, day, moment when I become pleasing to the Lord of the world.

I oscillate between remembering and forgetting Source, connection with Soul and connection with thoughts. When remembrance of Soul comes, I am humbled. This is the highest experience by good Grace.

I touch my forehead to the feet of the Saints.

@Séverine Gondouin Thanks Severine!

Checking in re Breathe with Ease

As I missed the last two Friday and Wednesday sessions I wanted to check if there is a

the his Leukemia Hospital ward and into a Palliative care Hospital he will probably not

@Sopurkh Khalsa perhaps 💗

April 30, 2021 Meeting

Sat Naam - Thank you to all who came to practice and be together today. We talked about the "hardness" of practicing alone. Yes! It is often "hard". I encourage you to face the "hardness". Direct your energy to penetrate the "hardness" rather than to avoid it.

The recorded videos of all these sessions are now in all the member channels.

Sending you Love,

Sopurkh

@tucker.jane I was reflecting on your words again and I remembered the expression 'peeling the onion layers' when we are healing ourselves. I thought how onions make us cry, and how poignant then that we use this expression. I find crying very cathartic and as you described so well it's like an elimination, like with food or when we laugh. Like something is releasing, letting go. The way you wrote it makes it feel like such a natural process. You have a wonderful way with words Jane. 💗
