The new 40 day journey
Thank you for this new experience in our lovely community 🙏🏻🌈. I love the concept this time with beginning alone and ending in the group.
And I love how the exercises of the ‚Awakening To Your 10 Bodies Kriya‘ move my whole physical body and the energy that flows through it in the lot of breaks I built in and the Meditation at the end and the connection to everyone who is in that practice together here.
On the afternoon of August 8th I started and moved the 40 day experience than in the morning as Sadhana the following day.
I have a mixed practice in the Sadhana now. Sometimes I read the JapJi together with a group (via Zoom or in person) of the Guru Ram Das Aquarian Academy here in Boizenburg, Germany and than log out of Zoom and do the rest of the practice alone with the Aquarian Chants at the end before a Hukam for the day. Or I practice by myself at the beginning and have the Aquarian Chants together with the group. Or I practice everything alone by myself (with sometimes playing the Mool Mantra and Rakhay Rakhanahaar on my Harmonium 🎹☺️ from the courses here via Zoom for the Sadhana group or just practicing it alone). I like the freedom of that Sadhana practice 💜🌈🙏🏻.
Next week I will see if I continue like that or move the 40-day-practice to the afternoon/evening since we have a small Kundalini Yoga camp 🏕 here starting next Wednesday and going until Sunday. I long for a bigger in person Sadhana in a group as well.
I am sure and trust both will be possible and work out somehow.
The One Minute Breath I love ❤️ now as well. At the beginning I just had my yoga timer for the 20-20-20 interval. Just when I started to get uncomfortable with it I read the instruction again and found out about the Ra Ma Da Sa timer. Since than I have a combination of the Music 🎶 and my yoga timer since I need my eyes open and need to know how long the intervals will be to feel comfortable and safe.
Now I like the new energy in my body while breathing in, the circulation of the energy while holding the breath and letting go the now „old“ energy with the long exhale, having new room for the fresh energy of the following breath.
I am so grateful for this experience 🙏🏻.

One last post about this journey and it´s last two days:
Day 39, September 15th:
I did the Meditation first time with the video from our first check in, relaxed in the afternoon. At around 4 minutes I couldn´t hold the breathing out and had some small breaths in between before going to the next minute. I thought the whole tim that "I love to breath in, I love to hold the breath and I love to breath out". No matter that it wasn´t like that than. Through the upcoming fear. And I recognized that my heartbeat got really slow and regular in the holding-part. Most of the time I had a breathing-in reflex at around 15 or 16 seconds breathing out, that I - or better my higher self - could go over by breathing out even a little more and than breathing in joyfully. The last 2 minutes again with Leo 😊 on my lap. Now afterwards I am grateful for being really peaceful, calm and relaxed and read - after writing! - that this is what the meditation can give us. It works!
Day 40, September 16th:
The 40th day 😀, I meditated for the 11 minutes in the early afternoon and could hold the One-Minute-Breath the whole 11 minutes today! Just with music and my timer again. First I thought that "1) I breath in new energy, and 2) let the energy circle now and than 3) let the old energy go now". Than I modified a little to I enjoy steps 1 to 3. I really enjoyed and this time I meditated while looking to a Tratakam picture of Yogi Bhajan and my yoga timer alternately having Gobinde, Mukande... as music in the background.
Now I am glad that I made it somehow through the whole 40 days and look forward to our meeting later, meditating with our group the whole time. I will try it with closed eyes and the music like at the end of the last two classes this time.
And I look forward 😄 to a week vacation 🚅🚗 visiting some friends starting tomorrow, having other friends here taking care of Leo while I am away 💚 . Without being online that much, despite the remaining 40-day-journey with the "Kriya for Elevation" with the Sadhana group of the Guru Ram Das Aquarian Academy and maybe the Millis Ashram Gurdwara,🙏 if it fits in the time with my friends.
