The word that keeps popping up in my head is “play”. When we play like a child, we are in the moment.
When I get to play and be creative, it’s usually doing something with my hands. When the hands are occupied my mind comes to a very still, very present, and also a joyful place. One of my favorite new ways to play is to play a note on the harmonium and just sing around that one note. Creating sound and letting my voice play around without judgement makes me feel free and unattached. All of these elements feel like God coming in and I am aligned. 🙏💖
